GolfBox Osborne Park

After spending plenty of money over the years at this store after receiving good service in the past I today went to look at a new set of irons but after being in there for 15min + and everyone around me being asked if they needed help the staff would rather just stand behind the desk and chat or stand together in the showroom and Gasbag. Poor work effort and disappointing as some were older men who should know better. Off to the competitor around the corner

DO NOT SHOP HERE Went in to get an adaptor key for my driver I'd bought the day before, one of the 'pros' decided to pick my driver up and take it apart, cracking it in the process. After almost a month of back and forth, with Golf Box Osborne Park refusing to take responsibility, repeatedly accusing me of lying, they said it's on me and there's nothing they can do. Long story short if they break your personal property, after messing with it without asking you, they will then blame you and you will not be compensated - absolute joke of a place.

Very rare to have such excellent service in retail these days such as what I received from Ric at this store. Went above and beyond when organising my new club set. Super knowledgeable and informative, made sure everything was best suited for what I needed and even gave me a few tips. Couldn’t recommend him enough, need more people like him. Cheers for the excellent service.

Several times going to this place ended in complete disappointment. This time rang them several times in the morning to confirm they had stock as Ive tried many times going down here to finding out they have no stock of anything. Any way no one was answering so had to make the decision do I keep trying for another couple of hours to ring or drive the hour it takes to get to this store. (im in the hills). Any way drove there and asked for the part. Was asked my details? I said do you have the part or not. She said had i ordered it? Any way they did not have the part even though their website says they do. Another wasted trip. Seems like they carry no stock and prefer you order it and pick it up later. Any way went to Drummond and they had the part on the shelf. I have been to this Golfbox store on several occasions and they did not have anything i needed or wanted and i have left empty handed every time. That's several times!!! They have limited stock. The staff do not care. sorry i had to rate 1 star!!!
